Store Credit (gift card) & Exchanges are offered on all returns received back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. A $9.99 postage & handling fee will be deducted for the use of the return postage label provided.
Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date and a $13.99 postage & handling fee will be deducted for the use of the return postage label provided.
All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in original cardboard box.
Please note: We do not accept returns of piercing jewellery, beauty products, face masks, intimate, final outlet sale items or swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached unless faulty
